Policies

Consent Forms- All clients will need to fill out the consent forms to ensure they are the proper candidate.

Booking Fee- Once cleared for treatment session a deposit of $100 will be required to book appointment. This deposit will go towards your service on the day of and is non-refundable if a no show.

Cancel- Cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to appointment or you  have to forfeit your deposit.

Late- Please understand that our time is valuable and any tardiness more than 15 minutes will need to reschedule. 

No Show- No shows will forfeit deposit along with a possibility of not being able to book in the future.

Existing Tattoos- Working on old tattoo work is a case by case basis. 

Age- In California and Illinois the legal age is 18 and no exceptions will be made.

Important- Please remember that all skin results vary and that may lead to more sessions required or the possibility of not being the proper candidate for the treatment. 

Refusal- We understand that you may request our services but we have the right to refuse service if it is no longer the right fit.
